    I NEED MOTIVATION!!

Here we are deep into the challenge and for some reason I am doing horribly. I don't know if it's the cold weather(It's -4 here right now with a windchill of -20) or what my problem is. I am hoping to get back on track and really kick it in the but!!! If anyone has any advice for me, please let me know!! I need the help!!

Don't give up.  When we have a life (work, home, children, and so forth), we often find it hard to put ourselves anywhere near the top of the list of priorities.  Try hot soup, hot tea, or hot coffee to warm up your metabalism and lift your spirits.  If you can make some small changes that amount to one pound per week of weight loss, you will have lost your weight by around the end of September.  If you lose two pounds per week, you would have lost your weight by mid-summer and be bikini hot well before then.  This pace seems really slow, but you really can keep the weight off much easier when you take it slow.  Just take things one day at a time.
Another suggestion is to find things the children enjoy doing this time of year that are active, and join in the fun.  Dance in the living room with your husband - with this being Valentine's week, it's a great week to start.  Turn on peppy music while you clean house to get you moving faster and dancing to the music as you clean.  Anything to pump up your energy a little.
You CAN do this.  We are cheering for you.

Just remember YOU'RE worth it and try to decide if that food is. I don't think we'll ever be perfect all the time. It's an unrealistic goal. Just try to make good choices even 80% of the time. That way if you have a bad snack, or meal, or heck, even a bad day - don't worry about it. Get right back on track and just KNOW that you are worth it! Maybe not great advice, but definately a pep talk!
